We pride ourselves in being one of Arizona’s only Black, under 30, women-led organizations. Each of us brings a unique gift and set of experiences that allow us to contribute to the lives of women and families in Arizona.

 
 
 
 

BIANCA COMER, BS, MDP

Founder, President & CEO

Bianca, also known as "B" or "Binx", is the Founder and President/CEO of OMUS. She studied Global Health & Development (with an emphasis in Maternal and Child Health) at The University of Arizona, where she received both a bachelor’s and master’s degree. Since then, she has continued to devote her time to learning from and being of service to women, children, and families - specifically within communities of color. Outside of work, Bianca enjoys the arts (drawing, painting, visiting art exhibitions), tending to her plants, and binge-watching shows.

Health Education & Resource Specialist

Naa is currently a doctoral student at Northern Arizona University studying Occupational Therapy. Her wit and resourceful nature make her a pivotal addition to the OMUS team. She worked with children and families as a Family Support Specialist for Southwest Human Development’s Healthy Families Program for 3 years and is excited to bring that experience to the OMUS team. Naa loves to read and watch soap operas in her spare time.

 

ADRIENNE JOHN, BSBA

Accountant

Adrienne is an Accountant and Certified Tax Professional. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a focus in Business Management from The University of Arizona. Adrienne’s impeccable work ethic and determination make her an asset to the OMUS team. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, baking, and working out.
